CARLOS EDUARDO OGLIARI IS THE NEW HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR OF MARCOPOLO

Carlos Eduardo do Nascimento Ogliari is the new director of human resources at Marcopolo S.A., a position that was previously occupied by the CEO. The executive has taken office in October 5, and he will be responsible for the Human Resources as well as the Organizational Development.

For the new HR Director, the decision of integrating the board of Marcopolo was based on the corporate values of the company, which are ethics, sustainability and respect for people. "Always focusing on people management, the greatest challenge will be to meet the company's growth targets. People are the main core of the business and without them there is no production and no generation of wealth", said the executive.

In the past 20 years, Mr. Ogliari worked for the Volvo Group in Latin America, where he was the director of the Human Resources and Government and Institutional Affairs. His previous experience was at Klabin Fabricadora de Papel e Celulose (Klabin Manufacturer of Pulp and Paper).

"I'm always open to learn new things as well as to contribute. It is an honor to be part of one of the main multinational companies of Brazil in this new phase of my career. I would like also to express my gratitude to Volvo for the beautiful story built in the last 20 years", he emphasizes.

Carlos Eduardo Ogliari is 49 years old. He is from the city of Curitiba and he is married and has two children. Mr. Ogliari has a Degree in Business Administration from UEPG (Ponta Grossa State University), a graduate degree in Quality and Productivity from UFPR (Federal University of Paraná) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation)
