Vehicles will be used for intercity and interstate coach travel
Marcopolo supplied 30 new intercity buses for Verde Transportes, one of the main transport operators in the state of Mato Grosso. Featuring different configurations, the Viaggio 1050, Paradiso 1200 and Paradiso 1800 Double Decker will be used for intercity and interstate coach travel and tourism.
With the acquisition of different bus models, the Verde Transportes transport operator aims to provide high quality services, comfort and safety for its passengers on the various routes it operates in Mato Grosso as well as other states of the country.
The six units of Paradiso 1800 Double Decker are built on Mercedes-Bez bus chassis O 500RSDD 2741. The Paradiso buses have 1060 Super Soft semi-reclining seats with adjustable rest-legs, audiovisual system with LCD monitors, outlets for charging cell phones and decorative lighting. They also have sealed windows, Spheros air conditioning system, ground floor toilet facilities, water dispenser, cooler, image recorder system with two points, reversing camera, soft touch instrument panel and cabin for the auxiliary driver with air conditioning system.
Verde Transportes has also acquired 16 units of bus model Paradiso 1200 with Mercedes-Benz O500RSD 2436 chassis. Capable of carrying 46 passengers in semi-reclining 1060 super soft seats with adjustable rest-legs. The vehicles feature Spheros air-conditioning, audiovisual system with LCD monitors, toilet facilities, sealed windows, water dispenser, cooler, soft touch instrument panel and pneumatic seats with headrest and arm rests for the driver.
The eight units of Viaggio 1050 has Volvo B270F chassis and can carry 44 passengers on Executive 1060 seats. The buses have sealed windows and Spheros air conditioning system as well as toilet facilities, water dispenser and pneumatic seats with head support for the driver.
The Verde Transportes is a traditional passenger transport operator that carries more than 150,000 people a year with safety, punctuality and comfort. The company also provides customers with VIP rooms in different places from the state of Mato Grosso to the state of Pará.
