Paulo Bellini elected President Emeritus
Mauro Bellini is President of the Board of Directors
The Marcopolo S.A. General Meeting, which took place in 03/29/2012, introduced changes to the company administration, improving the corporate governance system, with the creation of the President Emeritus post. Paulo Bellini was appointed for the new position.
As he thanked the shareholders for the indication, Paulo Bellini expressed his proud and satisfaction in continuing to collaborate directly with Marcopolo in his new position. The Ordinary General Meeting also elected the seven new members of the Marcopolo Board of Directors, constituted, in the 2012/2014 term, by Mauro Gilberto Bellini and Oscar de Paula Bernardes Neto – indicated for president and vice-president respectively –, Luciano Moisés Bado, Maria Letícia de Freitas Costa, Fuad Jorge Noman Filho, Paulo Cezar da Silva Nunes and Manuela Cristina Lemos Marçal.
Valter Gomes Pinto will remain exercise his office as the company director.
