Vix Logística the traditional transport operator at the state of Espírito Santo acquired 92 buses. The new vehicles comprise of 92 units of Ideale buses, 38 units of Viaggio 1050 and 4 units of Senior Tourism. Ideal for freight services and travelling medium and large distances, these buses have low operating costs and extreme robustness.

"The operator has acquired different vehicles to raise the quality standards of charter transportation. The investment made by Vix Logistics is an example that should be replicated by its strategy which incorporates different bus models that are suitable to the characteristics of each service and their needs," explains Paul Corso, director of commercial operations of Marcopolo.

The bus model Viaggio 1050 offers high standards of comfort and safety to the users as well as low maintenance for the operator. The vehicle is the most economical of the category with lower operating costs, reduced fuel consumption and high resale price. Another advantage is the easy maintenance as it has components and parts available throughout the Marcopolo network in the country. The new bus features a modern bold look.

Intended both for the transport of executives and employees of companies and intercity route lines, the Viaggio 1050 is equipped with executive style armchairs and can carry 46 seated passengers. The bus is 13.1 meters long and it has air conditioning system, toilet, sealed windows, three-point seat belts and Mercedes-Benz O500 R chassis.

The model is equipped with a broad and deep luggage storage compartment that follows the trend of increased size and volume of hand baggage and the consequent reduction in the use of the storage space underneath the bus. It also features air-conditioning, toilet facilities, three point seat belts, sealed windows and Mercedes-Benz LO 916 chassis.
